Designer's Notes
A black panelled steel door with a substantial ring knocker mounted on a recessed escutcheon plate. The ring knocker is forged in solid brass with an oxidised antique finish, and sits flush against the door face when not in use to preserve the clean panelled lines.
Heritage & Inspiration
Ring knockers predate Georgian door furniture by centuries, originating in medieval church and monastery doors where they served as both knocker and pull handle. Our forged ring is both functional and a heritage statement.
